This small garden shed will find its place in your garden to keep your gardening tools at hand wherever you wish. With a surface area of just under 1,39 m², you will be able to install it, even with limited space, to protect your tools from bad weather. Its installation does not require a permit from your local zoning office, as it is under 5m².  This shed offers all the advantages of the Jôbu brand and is EU, REACH and RoHS certified.

The walls are made of charcoal grey polypropylene panels that will blend harmoniously into any outdoor environment. This shed is designed to withstand intense weather conditions. It comes with a foundation kit to place it directly on the ground, although it is recommended to set it on a concrete slab, insulated with a waterproof lining, in order to protect it from any rising humidity. The hot-dip galvanized steel frame ensures excellent structural stability, and is easy and quick to assemble. The base dimensions are 134x104cm with a ridge height of 204cm. The double-pitched roof prevents excessive snow accumulation during winter. This shed comes with a single swing door and a lockable latch - padlock not included - to secure your belongings or prevent your children from accessing dangerous tools or plant protection products like pesticides.

The door's hardware is made of black lacquered steel. They are easy to install and bring an authentic touch. On the side, a polycarbonate window provides natural light. A ventilation grid located on the front gable ensures good air circulation to preserve your tools. The shed can be cleaned annually using a hose or a sponge and a bucket of soapy water. This product comes with a 10 year warranty.

The included foundation kit allows and ensures:

• That your shed is installed squarely
• Installation without placing it on a concrete slab (although we do recommend to do so)
• Pour a concrete slab directly on the metal foundation after installation for increased resistance over time
• Be able to lay a flooring of your choosing (plastic, wood, stone...) and thus create a perfect insulation with the ground and protect the contents of your shelter from moisture. You can also choose not to use the included foundation kit. It is not essential to the assembly.
