This charcoal gray garden shed from Jôbu will ideally fit in your garden, with dimensions of 190x280cm that 57 deliver a total surface of 5.32m². It will be perfect to keep bicycles, to store lawnmowers, wheelbarrows and garden tools or as a room to store large garbage containers.

It is equipped with a large double door 116x180cm which offers comfortable access. The threshold also allows the easy passage of objects with wheels. The double door can be half opened or fully opened. It comes with a lockable latch to avoid any intrusion or to prevent children from coming into contact with dangerous tools or plant-protection products. A second latch allows the two doors to be joined together. Padlocks are not included.

A ventilation grid located under the front gable ensures optimal air flow in the shed, keeping excessive humidity away. Assembly is quick and easy thanks to the galvanized steel frame, to which polypropylene panels are fixed. Polypropylene is light and easy to handle while it also has good mechanical resistance with a thickness of 12 mm. The double bar of the ridge is held securely by profiled steel elements that improve the structural solidity of the construction, as well as the foundation kit that is included.

This subfloor in metal elements allows for a square assembly and provides a levelled base for the potential installation of a floor. The foundation may be covered with a concrete slab, but you can also do without it for a construction on the ground. The maintenance is easily done with a water hose or with a sponge and soapy water. Finally, a side window in polycarbonate brings useful natural lighting, its dimensions are 5x48cm. This shed is EU, REACH and RoHS certified and comes with a 10-year warranty.

The included foundation kit allows and ensures:

• That your shed is installed squarely
• Installation without placing it on a concrete slab (although we do recommend to do so)
• Pour a concrete slab directly on the metal foundation after installation for increased resistance over time
• Be able to lay a flooring of your choosing (plastic, wood, stone...) and thus create a perfect insulation with the ground and protect the contents of your shelter from moisture. You can also choose not to use the included foundation kit. It is not essential to the assembly.
