This resin garden shed will be perfect to store your gardening tools, wheelbarrow, and lawnmower or to put away your garbage containers. The 5,32 m². Jôbu garden shed is made of a sturdy hot-dip galvanized steel frame covered with solid polypropylene panels. The panels are delivered ready-to-assemble and they are 12 mm thick.

The set-up is easy and fast since the panels are light to handle. If you use the supplied anchoring kit, you will be able to fix your shelter on a concrete slab, to improve its resistance to bad weather and strong winds. The anchoring kit also ensures a perfectly square construction and gives you the option to install a floor to insulate the shed's base from rising humidity.

A large double door on the 173 cm high front makes access and use easy thanks to its generous dimensions of 119x183 cm. With a depth of 280 cm high walls and a ridge height of 226 cm this shed provides a spacious useful volume of 9,7 m³. Blending beige and white tones, this shed will harmoniously find its place in your outdoor space.

The door is equipped with a latch - padlock not included - and the hardware is painted black for a more authentic look. A ventilation grid located above the door facilitates air flow inside the shed, preserving your tools. On the side, a fixed polycarbonate window provides convenient natural lighting during the day. This shed is EU, REACH and RoHS certified and comes with a 10 year warranty.

The included foundation kit allows and ensures:

• That your shed is installed squarely
• Installation without placing it on a concrete slab (although we do recommend to do so)
• Pour a concrete slab directly on the metal foundation after installation for increased resistance over time
• Be able to lay a flooring of your choosing (plastic, wood, stone...) and thus create a perfect insulation with the ground and protect the contents of your shelter from moisture. You can also choose not to use the included foundation kit. It is not essential to the assembly.
